Slow Cooked Balsamic Pork Fillet

Balsamic Pork Fillet that just melts in your mouth! Perfect for those busy weeknight supper or even special occasions!

Serves Four




• 500g Sprotts pork fillet

• 1 cup of chicken stock

• Half a cup of balsamic vinegar

• 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

• 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

• 1 tablespoon of honey

• Half a teaspoon of chilli flakes

• 2 cloves of garlic, crushes




1 Place pork fillet into the crock-pot dish. In a mixing bowl, mix together all remaining ingredients. Pour over pork fillet and cook on low for 7 hours

2 Remove from crock-pot with tongs into a serving dish. Break apart lightly with two forks and then ladle about ¼ – ½ cup of gravy over pork tenderloin.

Serve with seasonal vegetables and roast potatoes.
